Goods may be returned within 14 days, unopened, unused and unsoiled, for a full refund or exchange, less postage and packing costs. Please enclose a letter clearly stating that you wish to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting (free from the post office) when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

Upon receipt of your order please check for any damage, we will not be able to accept damaged orders back should the order be accepted by yourself on delivery and not signed for as damaged. Please open up boats and check for damage before the delivery driver has left. If he will not stay, please make a note of this on the delivery note.
