Pricing
All prices quoted on this website are correct at time of issue. Prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. We reserve the right to alter prices under circumstances beyond our control. If by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.
Delivery
We aim to post goods immediately after receipt of your order but as demand may be high at certain times, please allow seven days for dispatch. Boats are shipped by a dedicated team to ensure safe delivery. This is usually within 14 days or order.
Free Delivery for goods are to addresses within Mainland United Kingdom only (some Highland areas are excluded also); should you wish for a delivery to be made outside of this area we may still be able to deliver, please contact us so that we can make arrangements.
International Delivery
Where international delivery is available, delivery costs are calculated at checkout. The payment of any duties and taxes when goods are received are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Fishkit Ltd is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Fishkit Ltd ! to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Should Fishkit Ltd mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.
As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Fishkit ltd is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations
Goods may be returned within 14 days, unopened, unused and unsoiled, for a full refund or exchange, less postage and packing costs. Please enclose a letter clearly stating that you wish to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting (free from the post office) when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Upon receipt of your order please check for any damage, we will not be able to accept damaged orders back should the order be accepted by yourself on delivery and not signed for as damaged. Please open up boats and check for damage before the delivery driver has left. If he will not stay, please make a note of this on the delivery note.
Crayfish traps are sent via Myhermes to UK Mainland addresses only.
Security
Our site uses Paypal & Shopify to process our orders. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Paypal also checks that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. We have no access to your credit/debit card details.
Bic Boats
Much of the site content relating to the Bic 245 & Sportyak is provided to us by Bic Sport based in France. Whilst we take reasonable measures to ensure its accuracy we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions that may occur, or changes to quoted accessories. To validate or confirm any information you have seen on this website, please visit the Bic Sport's website: www.bicsport.com.

Faulty Items, Damages or Loss
Please refer to instructions prior to assembly of any item supplied by us to you. Failure to do so may result in voiding of warranty.
Please consult with us prior to returning any faulty item to enable us to attempt to assist before items are returned.
Items returned for repair are subject to variable processing times.
Any item found to have no fault when tested may be liable for a re-delivery cost.
Items subject to irreparable operating faults will (dependent on circumstances) be repaired, replaced or a refund issued at our discretion, subject to valid warranty and postage costs.
All items are subject to a free 12-month warranty unless stated.
All goods returned must have “warranty void label” intact for warranty to be honoured.
Any warranty offered will cover faulty parts and mechanical operations only.
Any warranty offered will not cover accidental damage, frost damage, running pumps dry out of water, or general wear and tear.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
